South County Habitat for Humanity

South County Habitat for Humanity is part of the global, nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope. Volunteers help construct, rehabilitate and preserve homes, as well as advocate for fair and just housing policies. SC Habitat runs its furniture donation center store, called the ReStore, in Charlestown. People donate their furniture and the ReStore sells that furniture at fair prices to community members.

Mission: Contribute to the elimination of substandard housing by creating decent homes in partnership with people in need.
