The Charlestown Land Trust is a nonprofit conservation corporation established in 1996. They are primarily run by volunteers and managed by their Board of Directors. As a Land Trust, the CLT acquires land and development rights for the purpose of preservation of open space. CLT operates the Kettle Pond Visitors Center in Charlestown that emphasizes, "Connecting People with Nature," and assisting visitors with any questions.

Volunteer Opportunities Available
Charlestown Farmers Market Volunteers: Help with setup and breakdown of the market, and assist vendors. Fridays throughout the summer from 9:30 - 1 p.m. Volunteer shifts 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Kettle Pond Visitors Center: Front desk helpers, assist tourists and guests, provide information on hiking, nature expeditions and more!
