Charlestown Land Trust

The Charlestown Land Trust is a nonprofit conservation corporation established in 1996. They are primarily run by volunteers and managed by their Board of Directors. As a Land Trust, the Charlestown Land Trust acquires land and development rights for the purpose of preservation of open space. The Charlestown Land Trust operates the Kettle Pond Visitors Center in Charlestown that emphasizes "connecting people with nature" and assists visitors with any questions.

Mission: Preserve and protect the distinctive character of our local area through acquisition and management of open space.
